Before / After + Track 8 Incident Recap Capstone
Use ～前に and ～た後で to organize events and integrate Track 8 into a coherent incident/review report.
- Track 8 lessons 8-1 through 8-12.
A useful recap needs sequence, representative actions, evidence, experience, status, conditions, qualified nouns, uncertainty, and next-step advice.
1. Contrast before and after structures
Vる前に = before doing. Vた後で = after doing. Notice the different verb forms.
2. Organize a procedure
Study the examples and identify the structural pattern before relying on the English translation.
Natural: Before changing it, I take a backup.
Structure: change — before — backup take
Dictionary form before 前.
Natural: After changing it, I test.
Structure: changed — after — test
Plain past before 後.

Write a 14-line fictional incident, project review, or study retrospective. Required: plain past, ～たり～たり, ～し, や/とか, one ～たことがある experience, もう/まだ, something/nothing, advice, ～たら, suggestion, two qualified nouns, ～かもしれない, ～とき, and before/after sequencing.
